By exhibitors

  • Can I set up my exhibition the night before? more
    • In most cases, you will be able to set up your exhibition stand the night before the show, providing the venue has no other bookings the day before. Please contact a member of the Sterling team, closer to the exhibition date, in order to confirm.
  • I'm disabled - I need help unloading more
    • All of our venues have disabled access and are equipped with ramps or lifts. Please call a member of the Sterling team, who will be able to advise you further and do their best to meet your needs.
  • Do I need to bring lights? more
    • If you would like lights as part of your exhibition stand, then please provide your own. We provide power free of charge.
  • How many power sockets are available per stand? more
    • Power is provided free of charge and you will receive an extension lead with 4 sockets. More can be provided if required, on request.
  • Is there a loading bay? more
    • Most of our venues do have spaces where you will be able to pull up a vehicle to unload before parking. Please confirm with a member of the Sterling team for your show.
  • What do I need to bring? more
    • We provide a trestle table, table cloth, chairs, power and space for a spider stand or up to 3 pop up banners. Please provide your own exhibition stand/ banners, lights if required and marketing materials.
  • Will there be refreshments nearby? more
    • We provide complimentary refreshments throughout the day and also provide a sandwich lunch.
  • How much does it cost? more
    • Our Silver package is £399+ VAT and our Gold Package is £499+VAT. Please see our Price Packages page for details of what each of these includes and additional extras we have available.
  • I need to cancel my booking more
    • Please contact a member of the Sterling team, who will advise you of the options available to you.
  • Do I get a discount if I exhibit at two or more shows? more
    • Yes! We have a special offer, buy 2 shows with us and you will receive your third show for just £149+VAT! (Available on all stand packages).

By delegates

  • I'm disabled - are there disabled facilities at your events? more
    • All of our venues have disabled access and are equipped with ramps, lifts and disabled toilets. Please call a member of the Sterling team, who will be able to advise you further and do their best to meet your needs.
  • I'm not a Sterling member, can I still attend the Big Breakfasts? more
    • Yes! Our Big Breakfasts are open meetings which both members and non-members are welcome to attend. Please register via the event page.
  • How much does it cost to attend? more
    • It’s FREE! All of our Sterling Business Shows are free to attend. The only cost is if you wish to attend our pre show Big Breakfast meeting – which at £12 is the same price as our regular Sterling Networks Groups meetings!
  • Can I just turn up without booking a booking ticket? more
    • We request that you book your ticket in advance, so we are aware of numbers for refreshments and catering. If you really are unsure of your commitments, or realise you can attend at the last minute, we will allow you to walk in without prior registration.
  • Can I bring a guest? more
    • Of course! We would appreciate you introducing Sterling Business Shows to your colleagues, clients, associates and friends!
  • Do you have to pay to attend the seminars? more
    • No, all in-show activities including seminars and power networking sessions are free to attend.
  • Will there be refreshments at the show? more
    • We provide complimentary refreshments throughout the day and a sandwich buffet lunch.
  • My company is exhibiting - do additional staff register as delegates? more
    • If you will be helping your company on the exhibition stand, please contact a member of the Sterling team, who will add you to our exhibitor list, and your pass will be waiting for you on your stand when you arrive. If you will be visiting the show at some point during the day as a delegate, please register as a delegate, via our event page, and your pass will be available for collection at the reception desk
